Is it possible to change my order after I have paid for the tickets/travel pass?
No, we’re sorry to say that your order is being processed automatically. As a consequence it is not possible to change your order anymore. We advise you to check the order in detail before finalizing and hitting the order button.

Can I use Discover Holland exclusively with my mobile device?
Unfortunately not. It is currently necessary to search for a printer, have ink and paper ready to print your Ticket and Travel Pass. Only paper tickets will be accepted on site and while traveling.

I would like to know more details about a Day Trip or something went wrong while processing my payment. Where should I go?
